Synaptic Crashed in Ubuntu Jaunty Jackalope
Damn.. when I was tried to install a package from the internet, my terminal said:
$ sudo apt-get install fusion-icon
Segmentation fault tree... 0%
What’s wrong with my ubuntu? Was it because I did the upgrade before? Damn…. To resolve this problem, I have to remove *.bin file at /var/cache/apt, looks like faulty apt cache
$ sudo rm -rf /var/cache/apt/*.bin
Then, run that synaptic again. It works… Now, I can use synaptic again 😀
